The refund policy for ProConnect Community's event stipulates that tickets are non-refundable 72 hours after purchase, except as required by law. Thank you for your interest in our event. Before making your purchase, we ask that you carefully review our refund policy for final sale event tickets. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

No Refunds after 72 hours of purchase: All tickets sold for this event are final and non-refundable after 72 hours. Once the 72 hours after the transaction is completed, there will be no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances except as required by applicable law.

Event Date and Time: Please ensure that you can attend the event on the specified date and time before purchasing tickets. Once purchased, you are responsible for managing your schedule accordingly.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels or postpones the event, ticket holders will be notified by email or through the designated communication channels. In such cases, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees, as determined by the organizer.

Venue Change: If the event venue changes after tickets have been purchased, ticket holders will be informed of the change through the designated communication channels. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event at the new venue.

Refunds Due to Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled entirely and refunds are applicable as per the event organizer's policy, eligible ticket holders will be refunded the face value of the ticket(s) purchased. Processing fees and any non-refundable service charges are non-reimbursable.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government regulations), the organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event without being obligated to issue refunds.

Transferability: If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing tickets, you may transfer the ticket(s) to another individual. However, the event organizers must be notified in advance of any such transfer to ensure a smooth entry process for the new ticket holder.

Fraudulent Activity: The event organizers reserve the right to void and cancel any tickets suspected of being purchased fraudulently. Refunds will not be provided for such cancelled tickets.

Thank you for choosing our services. We value your time and commitment, and we kindly request the same consideration from our clients. Below, you'll find our cancellation policy for consultation sessions.

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a consultation session. This allows us the opportunity to allocate the session time to another client in need. -
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation session will not be permitted, and the full fee for the session will be charged. -
3. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests within the 24-hour window will be treated as a cancellation, and the full session fee will be applicable. -
4. Late Arrivals:
Arriving late for a session may result in a shortened consultation or a forfeiture of the appointment entirely, depending on the circumstances. The full fee for the session will still be applicable. -
5. No-Shows:
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show and will result in the full fee for the session being charged. -
6. Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion based on circumstances such as illness, emergency, or adverse weather conditions. Documentation may be required. -
7. Payment:
