4. No Use of Tobacco, Cannabis, or Alcohol: This is a drug-free event. Use of tobacco products, cannabis (in any form), and alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and alcoholic beverages of any kind.

5. Respectful Behavior: We ask all attendees to respect the health, safety, and comfort of others. Refrain from behaviour or conduct that is disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate. Offensive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to expulsion from the event.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Attendees are expected to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including those regulating the use of substances such as alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis.

7. Consequences for Violation: Anyone found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event without a refund at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

8. Professionalism: Conduct ourselves professionally, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude during challenges.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information and other users' personal data.

10. Accountability: Take ownership of tasks, communicate promptly about challenges, and seek assistance when needed.

72. No Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, or Vaping

73. Alcohol, illegal drugs, and misuse of prescription medications are prohibited.

74. Smoking and vaping are not allowed at the venue.

75. Guests must not be under the influence upon arrival or during the event.

76. Respect others' choice for a substance-free event.

78. Compliance: All participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors, are required to comply with this Code of Conduct.

79. No MLM Activities: MLM activities, including but not limited to MLM product sales, recruitment pitches, and distribution of MLM materials, are strictly prohibited within the premises of ProConnect Persian Community.

80. Event Organizers' Authority: Event Organizers reserve the right to monitor and enforce this ban on MLM activities throughout the event.

We implore all attendees to respect this Code of Conduct, valuing the rights and dignity of all participants. This agreement is key to ensuring everyone has a fun, safe, and fulfilling experience at our events and on our platforms.

In instances of non-compliance, appropriate measures may be taken. This could include removal from the event, exclusion from future gatherings, or suspension from our website and all services. We prioritize creating spaces where individuals can connect and interact in a safe, respectful manner, and non-compliance may risk this positive environment.

Should you fail to comply with the explicit directive to vacate the premises of the event as issued by the host or by a duly authorized representative acting on behalf of the host, such as a member of professional security detail, and should this failure to comply persist despite reasonable warnings and attempts at communication, law enforcement officers or other appropriate authorities may be summoned and called upon to intervene and effectuate your removal from the location, consistent with applicable local laws and regulations governing such matters, and without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies that may be available to the host or other aggrieved parties.
