ProConnect Immersive Experience

To ensure that you have the best possible experience at ProConnect Events, it is essential to follow the ProConnect Immersive Experience Guidelines. These guidelines have been designed to enhance your engagement and understanding, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the event. By complying with these instructions, you will be aligning with the intended structure and ethos of ProConnect, making your participation more enriching and enjoyable.

ProConnect Immersive Experience

We're excited to have you join us at ProConnect Persian Community Events! Our aim is to foster a festive, courteous, and welcoming environment for everyone attending. To ensure that all guests have a pleasurable experience, we kindly ask you to review and comply with the ProConnect Immersive Experience Guideline outlined for this event.

1. Respect and Dignity

Treat all attendees, staff, and neighbours with respect.

Avoid offensive language, harassment, or any form of discrimination.

Respect personal boundaries and personal space.

2. Dress Code and Appearance

Follow the outlined dress code if one is specified.

Maintain a standard of appearance that is appropriate for the occasion.

3. No Phones or Electronic Devices

Turn off or set devices to silent mode during the event.

Refrain from using these devices except in designated areas.

 

4. Photography

Adhere to guidelines if photography is discouraged or limited.

Ask the host about planned event photography.

 

5. Embrace Presence

Engage fully in the event by being present at the moment.

Focus on conversations, activities, and the environment.

 

6. Respect Others' Experience

Be mindful of device usage and how it may affect others.

Honour the intention of the event by encouraging participation.

 

7. Emergency Contact

If you need to be reachable for emergencies, please inform the host.

 

8. Designated Device Zones

Adhere to guidelines for specific areas or times designated for device usage.

 

9. Share After the Event

Consider sharing thoughts or experiences online after the event.

 

10. Respect the Venue

Adhere to any specific rules or requests regarding the venue or host.

 

11. No Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, or Vaping

Alcohol, illegal drugs, and misuse of prescription medications are prohibited.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed at the venue.

 

12. Not Under the Influence

Guests must not be under the influence upon arrival or during the event.

13. Respect for Others

Respect others' choice for a substance-free event.

Encourage a positive environment.

 

14. Medications

Take prescribed medications in accordance with the doctor's instructions.

 

15. Reporting Concerns

Discreetly inform the host or designated party representative of any violations.

 

16. Behavior, Etiquette & Responsible Drinking

Engage in polite behaviour, keep noise reasonable, and do not consume alcohol prior to the event or during the event.

Know your limits, and comply with ProConnect rules.

 

17. Respect Boundaries & Consent

Respect individual boundaries, ask for consent, and be mindful of comfort levels.

 

18. Cleanliness & Environmental Responsibility

Clean up after yourself, respect the space, and use recycling facilities appropriately.

 

19. Quiet Hours & No Uninvited Guests

Respect local noise ordinances and do not bring uninvited guests.

 

20. Compliance with Local Laws & Health and Safety

Adhere to all applicable laws and follow health and safety guidelines.

 

21. Accessibility and Inclusion

Be mindful of accessibility needs and foster an inclusive environment.

 

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may lead to a warning or removal from the event at the discretion of the host. This includes specific adherence to our substance-free guidelines, which failure to uphold may result in immediate removal without warning. Should you fail to comply with the explicit directive to vacate the premises of the event as issued by the host or by a duly authorized representative acting on behalf of the host, such as a member of professional security detail, and should this failure to comply persist despite reasonable warnings and attempts at communication, law enforcement officers or other appropriate authorities may be summoned and called upon to intervene and effectuate your removal from the location, consistent with applicable local laws and regulations governing such matters, and without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies that may be available to the host or other aggrieved parties.

By attending ProConnect Persian Community Events and embracing the unplugged experience at these events, you agree to uphold these guidelines. We hope to foster deeper connections, create lasting memories, and enjoy the richness of being present with one another. Your cooperation and commitment to these rules will contribute greatly to the success of our time together, making ProConnect Persian Community Parties a wonderful experience for all. If you witness or suspect any violations of this Code, please immediately report them to the ProConnect team members wearing the ProConnect badge.
